Leaving on His Mind
Originally reported by Metro
An obsessive woman is in jail following a car chase with police, who were trying to help her boyfriend escape her clutches.
Kirsty Hargreaves pursued a police car containing Michael Mowforth after he begged them to help him leave her. But she refused to let him get away and dangerously chased the West Yorkshire Police vehicle in her car.
Prosecutor Carmel Pearson said police were called to Hargreaves’s home to arrest Mr. Mowforth, a scaffolder, after she alleged he had assaulted her. He was taken into custody before Hargreaves called police to say she had made up the allegation. Police took the man back to the address in Rothwell, where he told Hargreaves he was leaving her.
Miss Pearson said: “He told her and she became upset as predicted. There was a bit of a scene in the house, where she tried to persuade him to stay. He asked officers to take him away, that’s when the driving began.’
The couple have now made up, and Mr. Mowforth is planning to visit Hargreaves behind bars.
Oh, Honey, give it up.

The cast members of the hit MTV reality show Jersey Shore are working on a new special.
“There definitely is a reunion-style situation coming,” Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino told ET on Friday. “I mean, 100%. Everyone is just so excited to be working together again.”
The cast, with the exception of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, recently reunited for a food chain commercial, where they quickly reminded fans why they are so entertaining to watch. In the video, Sorrentino surprises the cast by revealing that he’s ready to get married. And it seems like he’s really serious about tying the knot and having kids with his longtime girlfriend, Lauren.
“One hundred percent in the next number of months I’d like to try to surprise my sweetheart [with an engagement] and also trying to work on a little Situation of my own. I mean, Snooki has two kids, Jenni has two kids, and I believe Pauly has one as well. So I kind of want to throw my hat in the ring here cause they have some really cool aunts and uncles,” he continued.
“I would definitely take [baby] advice from Snooki and Jenni,” he added. “They are awesome mothers. I would just love for all the kids to hang out together and grow up together. It would be awesome!”
Amazing even.

A Vero Beach woman who was texting and driving with her head down for an extended period was stopped by an Indian River County Sheriff’s deputy.
Michelle Shreves, 37, had been driving southbound on U.S. Highway 1 approaching Indian River Drive when she was seen swerving in her lane, “texting and driving with her head down for an extended period of time not watching the road,” according to the report.
The deputy warned Shreves by speaking to her from his outside radio to stop texting or she would be cited. She ignored the warning and continued to text and drive.
Shreves was stopped by the deputy, and he found out that the vehicle had a stolen license plate from St. Lucie County, Florida. She also had no Florida driver’s license. The deputy also found out that the vehicle was not registered.
Shreves told the deputy that she was en route to a job interview in Sebastian. She said she recently bought the vehicle, with the tag, on Craigslist.
Michelle Shreves was arrested and charged with Felony Poss Stolen Property, No Florida Driver’s License, and Misdemeanor Fail to Register Motor Vehicle.
